How We Work Together

A distinctly established process yields consistent results.

CONVERSATION & CONTRACT
We will discuss your business and design goals, timeline and budget so that we can make sure everyone’s on the same page. A proposal with deliverables, a detailed work plan and payment schedule will be drawn up. Once the proposal is accepted, the contract is signed and a deposit is made, your project is placed in the queue, yay!

RESEARCH & STRATEGY
If this is a branding project, you’ll receive a questionnaire that prompts you to share important details about your business. We will do research to create a brand strategy that will meet your design goals. If this isn’t a branding project, we will communicate which files, information, imagery, specifications, etc. are needed so we can begin designing.

DESIGN & FEEDBACK
We’ll create designs for you to review on our agreed upon schedule and then it’s your turn to provide honest, detailed feedback. We’ll prompt you with specific questions to make sure our creative executions are meeting the needs of your business goals.

REVISIONS & LAUNCH
Once we’ve completed the revisions, it’s time to wrap up loose ends. You will be billed for your remaining balance and as soon as the final payment is received, you’ll receive a link to download your final files. It’s time to launch your design into the world!
